A heartfelt thank-you to all who attended the Spirit Talk event last night at the Manukau Cruising Club. We all had a blast, and the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive. The speakers also somehow all rocked the mic perfectly last night, even though I heard tales of nerves and anxiety. Once they picked up the mic, though, no one would ever know. All naturals, it seems!
After the event and everyone had left, the team, the Poly Paranormal Hunters and a couple of our keen paranormalist followers (Ian and John) gathered to spend a few more hours investigating the venue, in the hope of capturing a little of the spookiness claimed by staff and patrons over the years. From what I hear, there were a few moments of interest. Nice!
After that, everyone left, and Ian and I stayed the night, catching a few hours’ sleep.
Always a very surreal moment, waking up and you’re on the floor…..in a sleeping bag…..in a pub…..
