Wow, our first public event for the year went off smoothly, and what an amazing bunch of attendees for this one!
Was great to see a few familiar faces there, and from what weve been hearing, experiences were being had by quite a few during the night. Lots of excited faces with some very interesting stories to tell. From rem-pod and trigger object activations, shadow figures seen, murmurs, growls, and coughs heard, and those who were using apps, dowsing rods, talking boards, and spirit boxes had their moments too. We ended up going a little later than planned, and we could tell most could have easily continued their activities longer. It’s always a great feeling interacting with so many people with a deep-seated curiosity and who don’t hold back with their questions, personal experiences, ideas, and opinions.
As we normally tend to do, we carried on doing our thing after everyone had left and slept the last few hours in areas around the museum. Always a surreal feeling, sleeping on the floor in these places. Surrounded by thousands of items with so much history.
Sceptics, believers, the experienced and the newbies…..last night I reckon we all learned a little something new. Bring on the next event, I say!
