Hi all, a big thanks to all those who stayed up so late to keep us company during some of our investigation last night.
The location we were at was the Lake House Arts Centre, in Takapuna. A stunning piece of historic real estate, built in the 1890s as a family home and in 1997, relocated in 7 pieces from its original place on Hurstmere Road, at the Northern end of Takapuna Beach. A second story was added in 1909, bringing the bedroom count to 17.
A fascinating place with a somewhat ”eclectic” and unusual back-story.
