Used during WW2 as a workshop to hang, inspect and test the powerful engines of fighter planes. This fascinating concrete structure sits proudly now amongst a community garden facility at the Bomb Point ‘engine testing’ Bay at Hobsonville Point. An intriguing focal piece for the area; covered in creative graffiti art, but still in an untouched and rustic condition.
